Can I make changes to my order?

If you want to make changes to your order, it is best to just cancel your order and then place a new order. Please note that most of our products can be cancelled up until they are shipped. Click here for more information on cancelling an order.


When can I cancel my order?
The majority of our products can be cancelled up until they are shipped for a full refund. If your order status is Awaiting payment, you can easily delete your order yourself. If your order status is Awaiting shipment, you can submit a ticket to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

What if I forgot my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your Password”. We’ll ask you to enter your email account and then send you a new password immediately. After you have logged in using the new password, we recommend you go to My Orders and enter Account Settings to change it.

Sign into your account and click Shipping Address on the left
Change your old adress
1) Click the grey Change button on the right
2) Change your address info, you can also define whether it is the default shipping adress or not
3) Click Save button
Add a new shipping address
1) Click Add on the bottom of the Shipping Address page
2) Fill in your address info, you can also define whether it is the default shipping adress or not
3) Click Save button
Delete address
Enter the shipping address page, click Delete on the right of the address
Please note that the default address can not be deleted, if you want to delete it, change it to non-default on the specific information page at first.
You can also edit the address information on the checkout page.

It must be very desperate when you try to keep all your favourite items in mind or search for one item you browsed long time ago. Now you can solve this problem by a little but considerate function- the“Add to Favorites” button.
You need not to log in your account. My Favorites allows you to easily save products that you are interested in so that you can easily find them when you come back to shop at a later time. Click the [Add to Favorites button] on a product page to favorite an item and then click My Favorite at the top of the page to view your favorite items. There you can easily manage your favorites or copy them to cart.



How do I subscribe/unsubscribe the special email offers from DeAi Gems?
It is a easy system to allow you subscribe or unsubscribe the special email offers.
1) Firstly you need to sign into your account and enter the Base Information page.
2) At the bottom of this page, you can determine whether subscribe or not by mark/unmark the small check box.
3) Then submit your update.
On the base information page, you can also change the email you use to receive messages or offers from DeAi Gems.
Which payment methods do you accept?

So far, we only accept Paypal. But in the future more payment methods will be available in DeAi Gems.


How to pay with PayPal?

1) After you confirm all your order information and submit your order, you access to the payment page.

2) Click Pay Now on this page. You will then go to PayPal where you can log into your PayPal account or create one by following the instructions given by PayPal. Once you’ve logged in, you can complete your order payment.


When will I be charged for my items?

You will be charged for your order when your payment status is changed to "payment received" (to understand more about order status, click here). We will then confirm your payment and begin processing your order right away. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?
Sorry, at this time our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses addresses so you will need to provide a street address. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items.
How do I calculate shipping costs?
As you add items to your Shopping Cart, look at the Mini-Cart on the right-hand side of the page and click the Calculate Shipping button. At the bottom of Your Shopping Cart page, enter your location and click Calculate Shipping Cost. The Continue Shopping button lets you continue adding items to your shopping cart. you'll always know how much shipping will cost.

How do I return an item?
1) Sign into your account and click on My Orders List
2) Click the order you need help with
3) Click on Returns & Refunds and you will be taken to an online form
4) Please fill out the form, including as many details as possible and uploading photos that clearly show the problem with the item (if necessary)
5) Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours.
6) Customer Service will approve your return.
    Please fill out the return form in your package completely and send it back with your item(s) to us as soon as possible.
7) When we have received your package, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days and then your refund will be issued.
